Because some of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade work and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of our policies. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional fees will be shown at checkout where required.
5. Shipping
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the Site, but shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs issues, or delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Risk of loss for physical goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon confirmed delivery, depending on the carrier and transaction type.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because our products are handmade and produced in small batches, we generally do not accept returns. For hygiene and safety reasons, body care products cannot be returned once opened.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are granted at our discretion, and we reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases of repeated claims, misuse, or abuse of this policy.
