Because our products are handmade and produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns. For hygiene and safety reasons, body care products cannot be returned once opened.

If something is not right with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to help. In certain cases, we may offer a one-time refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are considered at our discretion, and we reserve the right to limit or decline requests in cases of repeated claims, misuse, or abuse of this policy.
